Returning Equipment
to Northeastern Communications, Inc.
Express Return is a service we have created to provide an economical and easy method to return equipment in need of repair. Mail back pouches, labels and forms are available by emailing customerservice@norcomct.net or calling 1-800-223-9008. The charge for the use of the service and pouches is $5.00 for pagers and $7.50 for portables.

Once the equipment and form have been packaged, simply drop in any USPS mailbox or give to your USPS mail carrier. You will be charged actual postage for items returned in your packaging.
Each Express Return package is insured to a maximum of $500.00. If additional insurance is desired and you do not have access to Federal Express or UPS, we suggest that customers utilize USPS Click-N-Ship® service.
